HOW DO I...
OBTAIN
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS?
If you are on regular medication your doctor may put this on a “repeat prescription” so that you can obtain further prescriptions from the surgery between routine consultations. If you wish to re-order a repeat prescription, please do so by ticking the appropriate boxes on the computer counterfoil and leave this in the prescription box to the left of the reception window. Please allow two working days for your prescription to be available for collection from the surgery. Alternatively, we will post it to you if you provide a stamped, addressed envelope. Please do not telephone for repeat prescriptions unless you absolutely must, in which case please telephone between 10.00am and 5.00pm.
HOW DO I...
SICKNESS CERTIFICATES?
If you are absent from work for seven days or less you do not need a doctor’s certificate. Self-certification forms are available at reception to cover the first week of illness. A charge will be made for doctors’ certificates provided for periods of illness of seven days or less.
