FORMS
AND REPORTS
Your doctor will be able to complete forms and reports such as those concerned with employment, life insurance, medical examinations (eg driving medicals), holiday cancellation forms, passport and driving licence applications, etc. However, as these are not covered by the NHS, a charge will be made in accordance with the rates suggested by the British Medical Association. We do not endorse applications for firearms licences.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
The practice is approved for the further training of qualified doctors wishing to follow a career in general practice. These doctors, who are known as Registrars in General Practice, have a lot of hospital experience and are valuable members of our team. We also sometimes assist in the training of medical students, who (with your permission) may accompany doctors or nurses in surgery and on visits.
